This is interesting but I have a few questions; 1) Why doesn't this chug like crazy? :P 2) What's the rule in place when it comes to building these battleships? Admittedly I haven't played Space Engineers in sometime but I remember it being.. Not entirely reliable. But it was fun to crash my Nebula on a planet, or catch a ship I had abandoned still orbit the planet.

Just now started watching these series. All I could imagine is the conversation as repairs on the thrusters began on the Eternity, and Ace asks "so, what the fuck is the plan? We don't have guns" "No, but we are one hell of a battering ram" followed by Chief's maniacal laughter

Oh god, I finally caught up. I just realized that this show does not in fact have 8 seasons currently, I confused it with the first series. Guess I'm off to watch all of that. edit: Or not? Episode 1&2 of Brocks first series has been made private. Does anyone know if those episodes really matter and if they can be reuploaded?

Well from a Balancing perspektive i always see ,,THE ONE,, big ship as something special(not calculated into army points but its own system) ,,THE ONE,, - Ships are mostly used as Show-offs or Roleplay as mentioned in the video. From gameplay perspective...without shields they arent quite fun in space engineers and thats mostly their thing in my opinion : Big Humongus Shields

I don't understand why they tried to attack on foot anyway. The PFF know the Eternity is in orbit, just level any enemy fortification from orbit by default.

IDK why I thought that Riders would be people riding a small tiny fighter coming up close and revving their engines really loudly and yelling "HEY NERD, WHATS UP FOUR EYES", jsut -- not doing much just being obnoxious, lol

I know its obvious just by looking at the 'Eternity', but Brock is such a Halo nerd. Its inspiring, I'm surprised no one has said 'than it is an even fight' after being told they are outnumbered 3 to 1.

I'd like to imagine the Halo soundtrack(sounds like Halo 2) is playing over the comms on the Eternity during every battle.

I know it's an old video but maybe someone could help me with mods' names for those beautiful space background with gas clouds, nebulas and that nice homeworld-like orange background around 11-12 minute, that one where asteroids drop long shadows.

*Applause*. THAT WAS INSANE! Full-budget movie level enjoyment, if not more. The show of eternity jumping into the battle between the Riders, Khans, and PFF was wild. Very, VERY well done, and extremely enjoyable. I know I'm late to the party, but wow. Well done. Side note: I am a bit disappointed in the Riders chasing the Khans after they started to retreat. I've come to expect more from them :(

If I was part of that faction or in its group chat, if they HAVE one, I would build and design and give them a blueprint of my superbattleship design, with 66 guns, 36 main guns, 10 AA/short range guns, and 22 secondary guns, if built will be as large as 1000 feet long, 90 feet wide, and more than 300 feet tall, the 66 guns on top aren't copied on the bottom since it would be for long range bombardment, I call it the K.U.N Yamato, after the Superbattleship IJN Yamato, the largest and most powerful Battleship ever built

The archangel battleship from homework cataclysm would've done better then this. I loved that ships shape and overlapping fields of fire.

I wonder what a server could do against my full scale frigate. It takes up 425k pcu. A friend and I have built it, and it is true to scale for a charon class at 490 meters long, 160 meters wide, and 130 meters tall. I even gave it the drop hanger for scorpion tanks.

So brock i have a question that i had since i stole and heavily modified someone ship off the workshop on space engineers and the question is who would win your ship the eternity or my ship the retribution even tho my ship is a dreadnought it doesnt have very many large caliber main guns it only has 1 640 iron fist 5 400 mm dual mount turrets under the stern 3 dual mount railgun turrets 1 1000 mm artillery lance and a fuck ton of point defense not including the maybe 10 to 30 300 mm striker single mount guns and the 2 300 mm quad mount ballista turrets this is just a question i was thinking bout asking and finally decided to ask but you dont have to answer it if you dont want to also its main purpose to protect ships with more high caljber fire power hence why it has alot of point defence guns

It really depends on the universe the technology is being used in: If fuel is a concern, you may catch a ship by forcing it to course correct constantly until both its tanks and its missile racks are dry, or you may be able to conceal both your and the projectile's presence.
